QR code type index: 27 code types and what each is for

Look it up by code type: a static code encodes the content into the pattern, a dynamic code keeps it on the server. Below is every type we support, each labelled with the use cases it fits, so you can search back from a purpose.

How to choose: static or dynamic

Two questions decide it: whether the content needs changing later, and whether you need to know who scanned.
