Cancellation

This page explains how to cancel a subscription and what changes afterwards.

1. How to cancel

On the subscription page, choose "Cancel subscription", pick a reason (an optional note is welcome) and confirm once more — cancellation takes effect immediately, with no need to contact support.

If you cannot sign in, or the subscription was arranged specially by our team (an invoice payment, for instance), you can also submit a cancellation request through the contact page, giving your account email and the subscription to cancel.

Subscriptions are activated manually by our team (no online payment); reactivating works the same way — submit the request on the subscription page and our team verifies it.

2. What changes after cancelling

Cancelling ends the subscription immediately: unlimited dynamic codes, analytics viewing and export all stop, and capabilities fall back to the free tier (creating or editing dynamic codes and viewing analytics will be refused).

QR codes you have already created are not deleted, and codes still within the free limit keep scanning as usual; "anything beyond the limit stops scanning", and scanners see an expiry notice. Reactivating restores those codes automatically, with nothing to rebuild. The limit is configured by our team in the console (5 dynamic codes by default).

Static codes are not affected by subscription state and keep working after cancellation.

3. Reactivating

If you need the paid capabilities back, submit a request on the subscription page (it will show "Reactivate"). Your existing QR codes, folders, design templates and analytics are all kept, and codes whose scanning was paused resume automatically — nothing has to be created again.
