Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds are handled under the way subscriptions are activated today.
1. How activation and payment work today
No online payment gateway is connected yet: you do not pay for a subscription online — our team activates and records it manually after receiving your request (see the activation notes). Refunds are therefore handled manually as well, not through an automatic reversal.
No charge arises before you confirm activation and complete the payment arrangement. Neither the free trial nor the free plan costs anything.
2. When you can request a refund
Within 7 days of activation, if the service does not deliver the capabilities described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you can request a full refund.
Overcharges from duplicate activation, duplicate payment or an incorrect amount are refunded in full once verified.
If we terminate the service and the remaining term can no longer be used, it is refunded in proportion to the unused period.
3. When a refund does not apply
A subscription period used for more than 7 days while the service was provided normally.
An account suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service (phishing, malware or unlawful content, for example).
Losses caused by not following the instructions — deleting a QR code by mistake, or having to replace material for a reason on your side.
A static code cannot change once printed; the cost of reprinting because the content was wrong is not covered by a refund.
4. How to apply
Submit a request through the contact page, giving your account email, the activation date and the reason. We check the subscription record and come back with a decision.
Once a refund is processed, the remaining capabilities of that subscription end at the same time; QR codes you already created are not deleted, and capabilities beyond the free allowance become restricted.
5. Changes to this policy
Once online payment is available, this policy will be updated to state the channel and timing of automatic refunds; subscriptions taken out before the update are still handled under the policy in force when they were requested.
