Terms of Service

1. Scope of these terms

These terms govern your access to and use of the QR code generation, management and analytics service provided by qrhub (the "Service"). By registering an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the organisation is bound by these terms as well.

2. Account and security

You need a valid email address to register, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials safe; if you notice unauthorised use, change your password immediately and tell us through the contact page.

You can change your details and password in account settings at any time. To close your account, start it yourself in account settings: the account then enters a 7-day grace period during which you can sign in and cancel the request; after it expires the account and its data are deleted (closure records and audit trails are retained as required by law).

3. Free trial and subscription

A newly registered account gets one 7-day free trial. During the trial and on the free plan the dynamic code limit defaults to 5 (that limit is configured by our team in the admin console and may change); static codes are not affected by that limit or by subscription state.

Paid plans come in monthly and yearly options with identical features and different billing periods only. No online payment gateway is connected: subscriptions are activated and renewed manually by our team after we receive your request, so there is no automatic charging; expiry and renewal follow what our team confirms with you.

When the trial ends, creating dynamic codes beyond the free limit and viewing analytics become restricted, but the QR codes you already created are not deleted; capabilities return immediately after an upgrade.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to generate or distribute links or landing pages pointing at phishing, malware, unlawful content, spam, or content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy of others.

You are responsible for the QR code content you publish and where it points. After a valid report we investigate, and we disable short links confirmed to violate these terms; serious or repeated violations may lead to the account being suspended or terminated.

5. Changes and termination

We may adjust features, quotas and interfaces in order to improve the Service. Material changes affecting your existing use will be announced in advance in the app or by email.

If you breach these terms we may suspend or terminate your use of the account. You may stop using the Service at any time.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is"; we do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or that a scan will always yield the intended result.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. See the Disclaimer for the specific scope.
