Free trial and allowances
A newly registered account gets one 7-day free trial, during which dynamic codes and scan analytics are available.
In the free and trial states, the dynamic code limit defaults to 5. That number is configured by our team in the admin console, so the actual allowance may differ. Going over the limit does not affect codes you already created — you can still edit their content and destination; static codes do not count against it and are not restricted by subscription state.
Subscriptions are activated manually by our team and do not go through an online payment gateway; activation and renewal follow what our team confirms with you. For the detailed rules see theRefund Policyand theCancellation

Common questions
- Do the two plans differ in features?
- No. They have identical features and differ only in billing period; paying yearly is a one-off payment for 12 months with a discount.
- How much does the yearly plan save?
- $39.99 per month works out to about $479.88 a year; the yearly plan is $350, saving about 27% against paying monthly.
- What does the free trial include?
- Registration gives you a 7-day free trial automatically, during which dynamic codes and scan analytics are available. Free and trial accounts default to a limit of 5 dynamic codes (configured by our team in the admin console and subject to change); static codes are not affected by that limit or by subscription state.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Creating dynamic codes beyond the free limit and viewing analytics become restricted, but the QR codes you already created are not deleted; capabilities return as soon as activation completes.
- How do I pay and get activated?
- No online payment gateway is connected yet: submit an activation request and our team activates it manually and records it, so there is no automatic charging. Activation and renewal follow what our team confirms with you.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Cancellation is handled manually; after that the subscription simply stops renewing, and codes you already created are kept and can still be edited.
